PROBLEM (ROBOTICS)
The robotic manipulator as such is a multi-purpose, reprogrammable for activities such as moving materials, parts, tools etc. Through programmed movements and variables that allow you to perform various tasks.
At present it has been observed that the robot was developed by leaps and bounds in such a way that meets the market demands.
There are many people who do not know exactly what it is robot, the mention of the word, they see what they see on TV as it is in science fiction films, without knowing that today, the robot is an essential tool for modern man.
The robot on the other hand, in an industry always looking to reduce the number of hours of work man, this is possible because the robots replaced the man advantage in all repetitive tasks, to ensure the transfer of parts produced and generally make work in series, so you get an acceptable execution speed and minimum error rate.
JUSTIFICATION
The present investigation was limited to gathering information on Industrial Robotics, their current applications and basic architecture of a robot.
This research impetus to inform the reader about what makes an industrial robot, since it has been seen from the practical point of view, that the products they make usually come for mass consumption, not an assembly manual let alone to develop robots, only limited to basic skills.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Having a broader idea of the concept of actual industrial robot and its wide employment in the industrial sector to perform different tasks by degree of difficulty, accuracy and speed efficient.
PARTICULAR PURPOSE
The purpose for which this research is to provide insight into the industrial robot as it occupies a special place in the nuclear industry automotive, manufacturing, assembly, automation, etc.., For your safety in dangerous maneuvers, quality, mass activities , etc.
REFERENCE FRAMEWORK
Industrial robots are those that have been useful and accepted by the society from the practical point of view
Today the industry now requires modern machinery they do with accuracy, quality, speed? X? activity, so that engineering plays an important role in the construction and manufacture of industrial robots to see and it unfolds around them.
Industrial robot is a device that does a great job in that 40% of these robots in the world are used today in the automotive industry, making them a successful manipulation.
The robot replaces the man in the factory and help you avoid bothersome or unhealthy work.
In which robots have been developed and revolutionized the industry equipped with small microprocessor capable of processing the information that will provide the external sensors and the robot may perform the activities they provide on how to maintain or running an operation calling it feedback.
CONCLUSION
In the implementation of surveys conducted during this investigation, I conclude that the approach meets the problem, and checking that the industrial robot is now a great help in industries and in the community, especially students and readers know basically it works.
